I read all the Go Daddy reviews on this site and am disappointed to hear the concerns. The fact is, we take our customers' feedback very seriously. Godaddy tech support consists of sending you info you can already find on their help page. I'm not a newbie and I RTFM. Their system is the problem on various issues. THEY SUCK.

Godaddy is designed to rip off customers who miss payments or are late with payments.

I missed an annual payment and a week later my host account was turned off. So i paid the renewal and now they want to charge me $150 to restore the files. They said they have to go to data center #1 and pull files and then physically drive to the data center #2 to retore. It's just not reasonable to charge $150 to restart my account. And you know they are not driving around town with data tapes.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GODADDY.
