My site is big for a family website with lots of pictures and visitors - we are over 15000 now :) so I need it to be up all the time. I have not been disappointed with Host Gator. I looked for many months before finally moving my website to Host Gator and have been happy since then. My experiences with using Customer Service have been a pleasure too - prompt and good service! I agree with another post here, the only downfall would be lack of ffmpeg support. It's probably in their best interest not to support it because of it's high CUP overhead.
